Zymaflor FX10®
Description: ZYMAFLORE FX10® is the strain for red wines defined by their elegance, combining structure, mouthfeel and colour intensity. This is my go to yeast for making Bordeaux Varietals across Napa Valley. It has moderate yeast cell growth so I can heat my tanks before the cell population doubles, which gives me great control over tannin extraction. | |
