They have a Kentucky, West Virginia oaks, which are coconut, vanilla, waxy, which is very nice. The Appellation woods are better than the Missouri woods which can be aggressive unless it is three years old. Kelvin are not quite as good as Canton Grand Cru which is three year old Missouri.
