This is a smart process, creating by an experienced barrel person. This is a barrel preparation process that works well particularly with plunky to structured barrels. American barrels such as World Cooperage or French barrels equivalent to Radous. I like the fact that the soda ash is very mild and the citric acid neutralizes the soda ash. | |
