This barrel tastes wonderful with Carneros and Pinot Noirs made from the extremely south Napa Valley. It smells toasty, not as much as Fr. Freres. The attribute I like is the sweet taste of the Billon Allier MT TH or Toasted Head. The Toasted Head adds something nice.
