Bradford Protein Assay
 Description: This method has been adapted to California wine by the University of California, former Extension Enologist, Christian Butzke. Enologix has worked with the assay, which is available in "kit" form for use by the medical industry. In extensive studies it was subject to interference by phenolics, which means it cannot be used for wines, in our opinion.
