Gelisol (Liquid Gelatin)
Description: Liquic gelatin used for all types of wines, mainly recomended for white and rosé wines, and in association with tannins (TANICHENE) or silica (SILISOL). Speeds up flocculaton and sedimentation. This gelatin is lightly hydrolized, 0 degree bloom. Yellow appearance. Clarify whites with 400-600 mL/hL with 4 g/ hL SILOSOL. Clarify reds with 800mL/hL.
