NOTE: These pads come in two (2) grades. Coarse Filtration and Sterile Filtration. The maximum permissable differential pressure is 3.0 bar for coarse-filtration and 1.5 bar for the sterile-filtration according to the manufacturers brochure. | |

I like the claim that the filters do not require rinsing to remove the filter taste from pads made with DE. It appears to be true in the case of luxury Cabernet Sauvignons I have tasted. The claim that the pads do not drip was certainly not confirmed as I was in the cellar watching the drips. | |
