Using these barrels since 2011, very good results with Cabernet Sauvignon based wines from the cool 2009 and 2010 vintages. Attributes: rich, classy, Light toast, vanilla works with wines with some savory elements. | |

We used Tonnellerie O to make Bordeaux blends in Sonoma with great success. We think these barrels work with Remond and Saury here in Sonoma County. | |

We have several customers in the Napa Valley who are currently experimenting with these barrels, and we will votes up or down as we have a change to taste the wines and view the performance with the critics. | |
